Delivery of the control system for seven water boilers.The end customer is the Intel company. The boilers are in operation in a factory in Ireland. The control was conducted according to the detailed guidelines of the customer. The system was built on the basis of an Allen-Bradley controller with an operator's panel. White cabinets on special request, standardized marking requirements on cables, cable trays in different colors for power cables (gray) and control cables (white).

Delivery of the control of four steam generators

Delivery of the control system for four steam generators. The end customer is Tauron. The generators work in four different locations. The control was implemented according to the detailed guidelines of the customer. The system was built on the basis of the Siemens ET-200SP series controller with an operator panel.

Delivery of controls for four steam boilers with a general cabinet

Delivery of the control system for four boilers with superheater with a capacity of 40t / h - 50MW of the thermal power of each boiler. Each boiler has two Saacke burners. As part of the order, our company delivered control cabinets with a general-boiler cabinet. The automation of the boiler room was realized on the Siemens controller. It is a boiler room that serves as a reserve in the event of failure of other steam sources. It is characterized by a very short start-up time and steam discharge.

Delivery of control for a steam boiler

Delivery of steam boiler control. As part of the order, we made a design of control and measurement equipment and automatics for a gas steam boiler. The software was made on Allen-Bradley controllers. The visualization of the technological process is shown on the panel of the same company. The control cabinets were made in accordance with the standards of the Mars concern, which was the end customer.

Delivery of cogeneration control

Delivery of a management system for highly efficient gas engines is designed to maintain the set thermal or electrical parameters depending on the user's needs and to report heat and electrical production. The system consists of three cogenerators with an electric capacity of 2 MW to 3.6 MW, auxiliary devices (fans, circulation pumps, mixing valves) and a series of meters (gas, heat, electric). The whole system has been visualized in the AVEVA System Platform application based on redundant servers. The facility service has the ability to view the current state of the system, set operating parameters, view trends in analog measurements, as well as current and historical alarms.
