Water and sewage industry

Construction of a distributed control system for the sewage treatment plant in Turku. The automation of the sewage treatment plant is based on seven control and power cabinets. The visualization of the technological process was performed in the Asix system. The continuity of the facility's operation was ensured during the entire modernization process of the sewage treatment plant. Moreover, as part of the order, a CCTV system was installed and a fiber optic network was designed.

Design, delivery of cabinets, software, installation of cable routes and commissioning of a water treatment station at Nestle plants. The main challenge in this task was the implementation of the topic according to the client's guidelines. We received detailed guidelines on the design, software, cable routing, and more. The topic was picked up without notes.

Water treatment plant software and commissioning. Control of the submersible pumps to maintain the water level in the retention tank and control of the 1st stage pump set to maintain a constant flow of water on the filters. Moreover, eight standing filters and a pressure booster system for the city were controlled.
