Realization for ROCKWOOL

Construction of a control system for the heat recovery installation from the cooling systems of shaft furnaces. Part of the heat recovered from the cooling systems of the furnaces is distributed to various parts of the plant and used for heating purposes, and some, after conversion to cold using an absorption chiller, is used for cooling purposes. Additionally, as part of the task, an evaporator for sewage treatment was installed, which is the receiver of heat and cold. The distributed control system, which includes several cabinets, is connected with almost 1 km long optical fibers. It is managed by the Siemens S7-400 controller.

Delivery of a ventilation, heating and air conditioning control system for the production plant. Delivery of power supply and control cabinets for the AHUs and a superior control cabinet for the boiler room. BMS (Control Maestro) software.

Realization for SYSTHERM

Temperature and humidity control system in test chamber. Moreover, the water part is controlled. Controlling fans, heaters, coolers, humidifiers, pumps and dampers. The chamber is used for testing heat pumps.

Realization for MARTIN BAUER

Delivery of a temperature control system in two rooms - test chambers. Controlling a fan, heaters, coolers and dampers. The project was to maintain a higher temperature in one room and a lower temperature in another.
